Wellington Folk Festival - How to Register PDF Print E-mail

Interested in coming to the Festival? To participate in the Wellington Folk Festival , whether you are only coming for the day, evening or weekend, you will need to register. Registration is easy. Registrations are available for the whole weekend, a day, afternoon or evening. 

Important Dates to remember

Early Bird Full Weekend Registrations - online only, open 17 August, close 30 September.
Early Bird Full Weekend Registrations - 1 to 16 October inclusive
Gate Registrations Open - no earlier than 3.00pm, Friday, 22 October

Refunds will be at the discretion of the Festival Committee.


 


Early Bird Registrations (online only)
Early bird full weekend registrations are open from 17 August to 30 September only. With Early bird registrations, festival participants obtain a discount. Please note that if you choose this option, your online registration form and full payment to our bank account need to reach us by 30 September.  Details of the Festival’s bank account will be sent to you when you complete the online registration form.

Anyone registering with a Community Services Card or School ID card must show their cards at the gate or the full price will be charged.

*Bunks are extra and are only available through online registrations.
*Camping is included in the full weekend registration price.




Weekend Registrations (online or at the gate)
Full weekend Festival participants may choose to pre-register online, or register on arrival. Online registrations will be available on 16 October 2010 to enable registration packs to be made up.


If you are planning to register at the gate, there will be registration forms available there for you to complete. Bring your registration fee in cash or cheque as EFTPOS facilities are unavailable at the Festival. If you find yourself short of cash, the nearest ATM is in Wainuiomata.

Day/Evening Registrations (only at the gate)
Day passes go through to 6.30pm and evening passes until midnight.

Day registrations are only available at the gate. Registration prices for the Festival differs depending on whether you want to stay for a day or an evening. Those wanting teen or CSC discounts must have their cards with them as ID or the full fee will be charged.

If you are planning to register for a day or evening, bring your registration fee in cash or cheque as EFTPOS facilities are unavailable at the Festival. If you find yourself short of cash, the nearest ATM is in Wainuiomata.

 


 


*The Festival Site is open for registrations and admissions 3.00pm, Friday 22 October.
